Career & Fertility Group Coaching *
Group coaching for ambitious women navigating fertility challenges whilst maintaining career momentum. This 4-month programme helps you make strategic decisions about both your career and future family, without sacrificing either. Limited to 6 women per cohort, starting April 2026.
You're exhausted from pretending everything's fine at work whilst fertility dominates every other thought.
Every appointment means another excuse, another lie about where you're going. Every pregnancy announcement feels like a gut punch. Every "when are you having kids?" question makes you want to disappear. And meanwhile, you're either pulling back from opportunities you've worked years for, or white-knuckling through and burning out trying to keep all the plates spinning.
Your life feels like it's on pause whilst everyone else's moves forward. You're paralysed by "what ifs" - what if treatment doesn't work, what if you wait too long, what if you take this promotion and can't manage it all, what if you don't and regret it forever. You're watching colleagues progress whilst you're stuck, unable to commit to anything because you don't know what your life will look like in six months.
This isn't sustainable. And you shouldn't have to choose between your career and your chance at a family.
-
This group coaching programme helps you stop feeling like a passenger in your own life and start making deliberate choices about both your career and future family.
Over four months, you'll:
Get clear on what you want (not what you think you should want) and make decisions without second-guessing everything
Show up fully at work, protect what matters and make strategic career moves that work with your reality
Build resilience to handle the appointments, the decisions, the announcements, the questions, without letting it flatten you
Be in a (virtual) room with women who get it, so you can stop pretending

Small group coaching limited to 6 women
Schedule:
One 90 minute and one 60 minute group coaching sessions per month, on Google Meet
Alternating between Monday evenings (7:30-9pm) and Thursday daytimes (1-2pm) UK
Private Slack group for support between sessions
Starting: Cohort begins on Monday 13th April 7.30-8pm UK time to get to know the group. We start our first group coaching session on Monday 20th April 7.30-9pm UK time.
We focus on three areas:
Life Goals not Holes - Getting clarity on what you want and the confidence to make decisions about your whole life, not just putting everything on hold
Winning at Work - Practical strategies for managing your career alongside fertility challenges, from protecting your energy to positioning yourself for opportunities
Bounce-back-ability Boost - Building the resilience to keep going when every setback threatens to flatten you completely
Rather than following a rigid programme, we work with what's happening in your lives. The sessions respond to what you're dealing with in real time, whilst covering the ground you need.
What this isn't: This isn't therapy. It isn't medical advice. And it isn't about convincing you to stay in a job you hate.
It's practical coaching in a supportive group to help you navigate both your career and fertility challenges without sacrificing either.
Confidentiality: What's shared in the group stays in the group. This is a safe space to be honest about what you're dealing with.

This programme is for you if:
You're navigating fertility challenges (treatment, egg freezing, uncertain timeline, loss, whatever your situation) and feeling the impact on your career
Your career matters to you - whether it's a distraction that keeps you sane, a source of confidence when everything else feels uncertain, something you genuinely love, something you've worked too many hours to let suffer now, or simply how you're funding IVF
You need support and strategy but don't have one urgent crisis
You're juggling it all and need help making it sustainable
You're tired of either hiding this massive part of your life or having it consume everything
You want to be in a room with other women who understand
-
There's something powerful about being in a room with women who are living the same juggle. You stop having to explain why a colleague's pregnancy announcement knocked you sideways, or why you can't commit to a work trip, or why you're simultaneously desperate for a promotion and terrified of getting it.
Group coaching means you benefit from everyone's questions and strategies, not just your own. And it means you're not alone in this.

“Secondary infertility has profoundly affected every aspect of my life - both professionally and personally. By the time I began working with Jen, my confidence and self-esteem were at an all-time low. I was struggling to juggle the relentless demands of fertility treatment alongside the pressures of a demanding job. Jen's empathy and insight have been transformative. I genuinely believe that without her compassion and guidance, I wouldn't be where I am today. I now have a sense of direction and a plan for the future." — V, Global Comms Lead
"I was embarking on my IVF journey and had recently been promoted at work. I was struggling to juggle work and life commitments and felt I'd trapped myself in a cycle of being overly critical of my work outputs. I didn't feel comfortable telling colleagues I was on a solo IVF journey. I was working at an unsustainable pace, being the 'yes' person. My coaching empowered me to build more personal resilience, convert the negative energy into positives and become less self critical. It rebuilt my confidence to feel 'I can do this' and empowered me to reset my work/life balance." — J, Marketing Director
"After being knocked down time and time again by IVF, I was struggling to help myself and realised I needed some external support to help me see a bit of light again at work. Jen has helped me get a bit more of 'me' back. I'm better managing to separate work and fertility - so that work is work. I've not cried at work since my session with Jen either. It's as if something in my mindset has shifted, to allow me to better focus." — C, Marketing Director

I'm an ICF-certified Career and Fertility Coach, Emotions Coaching Practioner and Director of Engagement at Fertility Matters at Work. I bring three things to this work: executive leadership experience, professional coaching credentials and lived experience of fertility challenges.
That combination matters because I understand what's at stake in your career. I know how to coach you through complex decisions and I've navigated fertility challenges whilst maintaining professional momentum myself.
I coach from the scar, not the wound. I can help you navigate this because I've been there, and I can bring strategic thinking alongside genuine understanding of what you're dealing with.
I was recently Highly Commended for Best Fertility Coach and Best Fertility Advocate at the European Fertility Society Awards 2025, and I front the Stylist and Tommy's Every Loss Counts campaign.

£100 per month with a four-month minimum commitment.
After your initial four months, you can continue month-to-month or pause your membership. This gives you ongoing support for as long as you need it, whilst ensuring the group has stability to build trust and momentum.
This includes all group coaching sessions, Slack support between sessions, and a community of women who understand what you're going through.
For context: a single 90-minute deep dive session is £250, and a four-session 1:1 package is £950. Group coaching gives you ongoing support and community at a significantly lower investment.
You’ll also get a 15% discount on 1:1 coaching sessions with me if you feel the need for more focussed support

What's the difference between this and 1:1 coaching? Group coaching is for ongoing support when you're juggling fertility and career but don't have one specific urgent crisis. 1:1 coaching is for when you have a defined challenge that needs dedicated attention such as a major career decision, a specific workplace issue or something that can't wait.
What if I can't make every session? Life happens, especially when dealing with fertility treatment. Sessions will be recorded so you can catch up if you miss one. That said, the group dynamic works best when everyone shows up regularly.
What if I'm not comfortable sharing in a group? You're never required to share anything you're not comfortable with. Groups are small and confidential, and most women find relief in being with others who genuinely understand. You can participate as much or as little as feels right.
What if my situation changes during the four months? We can discuss options if your circumstances change significantly. The four-month commitment ensures continuity for the group but I understand fertility journeys are unpredictable.
What happens in the Slack group? It's a private space for the cohort to support each other between sessions, ask questions, share wins or challenges, and stay connected. It's optional but most women find it valuable.
Spaces are limited to 6 women per cohort to maintain an intimate, safe environment.
